Jason Wozniak

Jason Wozniak is an Associate Broker and a Certified General Appraiser with specialties in Agricultural & Commercial Real Estate. With 20 years of market knowledge, he is prepared to discuss trending information and local returns and other metrics with you. Jason is a lifelong Kearney resident attending both Kearney High School and the University of Nebraska at Kearney. He graduated with a B.S. degree in Business Administration and Real Estate. Jason and wife Kaci have 3 children and are supporters of various volunteer opportunities in Kearney. Outside of real estate he enjoys working with cattle, 4-H, and is a member of St. James Catholic Church.
