I was brought to Stockton, CA. At the age of 2 and have lived here ever since, so you can rest assured I know the Central Valley area very well. I became interested in the real estate business after working for the Housing Choice Voucher program (formerly know as section 8). As much as I enjoyed assisting the community while working there, it made me realize the many hardships people are faced with when it comes renting a home. Having a voucher did not guarantee they would find a home nor did it didn\342\200\231t facilitate the process, matter of fact it was quite more difficult. This really sparked my interest to somehow assist my community. I would love to encourage homeownership here in the valley and hope to one day make a difference to where most of our residents can become home owners. I understand the home buying process can be a bit nerve racking. Often times we aren\342\200\231t aware of what is required and what necessary steps need to be taken during a real estate transaction, but I will make it my priority to not only help with the transaction but also guide you through it step by step so that you know exactly what is going on. As a realtor I understand the importance of having someone you can trust during one of the biggest purchases you will be making, and I am here to facilitate that process and make your dream home purchase come true.
