Location of The Project:
As the only project that has the concept of luxury housing estate on the Bosporus shore from Uskudar and Cengelkoy to Salacak region, "Prestige Uskudar Mansions" are on Sultantepe which is the most dominant hill of Bosporus and one of the most valuable parts of historical peninsula.

Our project has a total land area of 2.200 m2.
Total construction area:
‘Prestige Uskudar Mansions’ have a construction area of 6.500 m2.
When has the construction started?:
Construction of our project has started in June of 2011.
When is the construction going to finish?: “Living in Prestige Uskudar Mansions has started.”
The decoration of all apartments has been completed and all of our mansions are inhabitable as the date of March 1st, 2013

Our project consists of 4 blocks and 20 apartments. “Prestige Uskudar Mansions” will host 20 elite families who will feel themselves different lifelong/for a life time.
Residence types and square meters:
We have 3 types of apartments in Prestige Uskudar Mansions.
Ground floors are named as garden duplex and have gross apartment areas of 293m2 and garden areas of 40 m2.

What is the Title Deed and official status of Project:
The title deeds of apartments in our "Prestige Uskudar Mansions’ project are ready for each apartment separately and have given the options of immediately transferrable to other people and creditable by bank. The optional use of funding from the contracted financial institutions is also available.
Is it possible to combine two duplexes?:
It is possible to combine two garden or roof duplexes in "Prestige Uskudar Mansions" and also the alternative projects for the combined situations are ready.
Project features/Characteristics of the Project:
The land of ‘Prestige Uskudar Mansions’ is on Sultantepe. In addition there isn't another building land which can be used for a project with a Bosporus view on Sultantepe. We think of a Lobby for you, the dwellers of the housing estate. You will enter your apartments from the lobby in our project. Also you can enter the parking lot with your car and then without walking you can go up in the lift to your apartment. A second place with the opportunity of such a social facility in Bosporus can not be found in the near and medium term. Above all, with the "Prestige Uskudar Mansions" project which has parking lot for three or four vehicles per apartment, car wash and care, security system, 10 m2 of cellar and storage have done area for each apartment although it is in a region with a troublesome traffic and parking lot problems such as Sultantepe we put our signature under a good project that is impossible to find. For example you can go to Besiktas by boat after walking only 100 meters from Prestige Mansions.
