以前はパッケージ会社の営業をしておりましたが、「お客様の人生における最大の買い物」と言われる不動産の仕事に大きな魅力を感じ、一念発起して宅地建物取引士の資格を取得しました。
不動産のことはもちろん、お客様が安心して新しい生活をスタートできるよう、お金に関する知識も欠かせません。そこで、資金計画に役立つ「FP技能士3級」(2005年)、複雑な住宅ローン選びをお手伝いする「住宅ローンアドバイザー」(2007年)の資格も取得しました。
また、ご購入だけでなく、賃貸管理のご相談にも対応できる「不動産賃貸管理士」(2007年)や、総合的な不動産活用をご提案する「不動産コンサルティングマスター」(2008年)も取得しておりますので、不動産に関するあらゆるお悩みにワンストップで対応できるのが私の強みです。
